Chetan has grown from junior software trainee till CEO level & played multiple roles like Software Trainee, Developer, Module Leader, Team Leader, Software Tester, Business Analyst, Consultant, Technical Architecture, Technical Writer, Project Leader, Project Manager, Delivery Manager & Founder of Software firm in his career. So, he is bit conversant in understanding difficulties faced by different team members at different level. He has also worked in global team at UN-IAEA where people from different countries & multi culture contributes.

He has driven many software application development projects which were Windows based, Web based, Web services based, Android devices based, iOS devices based, Terminal devices based, Linux/UNIX based, Mainframe based in his career using SCRUM agile methodologies.
